dude, no pair of sunglasses is worth $300. i would even argue that no piece of clothing or apparel of any sort, regardless of label, is worth that much.

then again, i have no fashion sense and i dress like a loser. so, i'm not sure you should trust my opinion.

People buy designer clothes, purses, makeup, lotion etc. So yes I buy expensive glasses because I am willing to pay a premium on designer things. All of you can talk trash but unless you buy all of your clothes from wal-mart or costco then you are hypocrites, because you too are paying a premium for the name. Soooooooo, kiss my prada loving ass!
