I think I've watched this video 5 times or so and have been entertained each and every time. Shirley is awesome and completely unexpected. Better yet, when you put her on camera and after she says, "hi" she starts fixing her hair. Classic.

I know! It's exactly like that. I had to go in there to have my Mighty Mouse checked out once, and it took a couple of hours. And then, when I got home, the thing still didn't work properly (side-buttons still overly sensitive to the point where they have to be shut off... must be some weirdness on my desk or something).
