2 years ago 0 + -I like iMovie '08 a lot, myself. I didn't like the old one at all. But I'm perfectly happy to jump into Final Cut if I need to do something more complicated, so I guess that's why I'm not too frustrated with the limitations. I like the concept behind it and I'm sure it will just get better over time.

2 years ago 0 + -NIB files are for Interface Builder (part of the Developer Tools located in the optional installs folder of your Leopard DVD). They're used to define the user interface of the program. It's unlikely that you'd be able to add any new functionality by manipulating them.
But you should install Developer Tools anyway, if only to get Dashcode.
