August 20, 2009: UISC CEO, Mr. Clark Beattie announces Expansion to the United States.

Mrs. Melissa Francis – Good afternoon Mr. Beattie, and welcome back to the United States. I’d like to personally thank you for the time you’re spending with us today.
Mr. Clark Beattie – Thank you very much, my pleasure.
Mrs. Melissa Francis – I understand that you have come here from Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Clark Beattie – That’s right. I’ve been living there now for about 8 years and working on the initial developments of UIS products there. Yeah it’s a pretty exciting place. There is a lot happening.
Mrs. Melissa Francis – With all of the arts, fabulous resorts and hotels, the UAE sounds like such an exciting place.
Mr. Clark Beattie – Well, UAE is a young country, only about 38 years old, and it has undergone a tremendous growth in the last 10 years. So there are construction activities everywhere. Large towers and resorts. All Kinds of things happening so, it’s the place to be.
Mrs. Melissa Francis – What is UISC currently doing in Abu Dhabi?
Mr. Clark Beattie – Our main focus in Abu Dhabi at this point is to develop a recent contract signing that we made with a local firm called Low Rider. It’s a 5 year 100 million dollar distribution agreement. And they are going to be our agents to distribute our products in the UAE and the Gulf.
Mrs. Melissa Francis – What can you tell us about Low Rider?
Mr. Clark Beattie – Low Rider is a well established company. Based in Abu Dhabi and they primarily involved in aftermarket sales and services for the automotive Industry, and servicing the people of the Emirates with their toys and the things they like to do with their cars.
Mrs. Melissa Francis – Mr. Beattie, we understand that the UISC instituted Global UNS Labs in the United States currently?
Mr. Clark Beattie – Yes, as part of our growth plans, we realized we had to have a research and development facility
