Lightroom 2.0 HELP!

I am running into a problem with Lightroom 2.0 and Photoshop - Once I edit the image and save it isn't placing the edited image next to or stacked with the original as it did in 1.4. Instead it creates a duplicate folder and stores it in there -- check out the video and tell me why ... I am stumped
