Part 7 of 7. One hour presentation by Eric Basha, Microsoft at the IFITT Enter 2008 Conference in Innsbruck, Austria. Eric made some interesting points during the keynote. Specifically, I appreciate his statement that we, as an industry, must engage small travel suppliers and encourage them to adopt single inventory online booking technologies. As a technologist and the developer of such a system (Rezgo.com), this was music to my ears.
