Context of this test mission:
Context: You are hired in a team where testers have lost their credibility with the development team by reporting bugs in a very poor manner and also lack bug investigation skills.
Due to poor bug reporting by other testers, development team are reluctant to fix most of problems that testers report. Your mission is to test this website http://maps.google.com/ and write bug reports of the bugs you find, your investigation notes and your bug advocacy to the developers of why the bug you found should be fixed. This document would help other testers understand high quality bug reporting, bug investigation and bug advocacy.
----- end of the context ------
I did not submit my reports to Test Republic. It is not that, I am not confident enough of my work. But the question that always a tester within me ask is "Who is your competitor?". I know who is that and it is Ravisuriya, myself and my learning's & practices. I compete always with myself to educate myself. I learn from others always -- whatever it is, whenever it is, however it is and that inspires me much more. This shows my mistakes, my traps, my errors, my understandings, my efforts which has to be put much more than it was and this takes me ahead. Always this activity questions my sand dust size learning’s and practices I do daily and forever.
