Learn how to increase your vertical jump in 2 weeks or less.
If you’re serious about increasing your vertical jump and
willing to do the work needed to get there, then listen up

crap. They just tell you to do swats and leg work all day,
but to REALLY add 10 or more inches to your vertical jumps,
you need the full package.
I’m talking about:
- principles & techniques
- day-by-day training videos and instructions
- and proper nutrition
If you think you’re going to make big gains simply by
doing a few hundred squats or by jumping again and
AGAIN for the rim, then you’ve missed it completely.
My coach Jacob has created a SYSTEM so you know
exactly what to do when. My vertical jump was pathetic,
so for me, this was amazing.
But even guys who can touch the rim easily are adding

- if you’re just doing squats, it’s not going to happen

not going to happen
- and if you’re going to eat pizza and beer every night,
it’s not going to happen either.
