Owen Garratt was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada in 1968 and has very quickly become a best selling artist and everyones favourite Pencilneck ® - while remaining a well kept secret.
As Owen likes to put it; hes completely unencumbered by formal instruction and his art is strictly black and white, due to a degree of color blindness that leaves him unable to see certain pigments.
Owen has been proclaimed by various Hollywood lowlifes as: 'THE HEMINGWAY OF THE 21st CENTURY' due to his 'two-fisted Rock and Roll lifestyle' contrasted with the quiet Dad at home thing with the diapers and the litter box.
