On July 3rd, the Hawai’i Performing Arts Festival had its first performance by children of the Big Island. The children studied song, dance, and the visual arts for one week at the first Performance and Visual Arts Camp held June 29 to July 3 at the Hualalai Academy in Kailua-Kona Hawaii. The week culminated with an on staged production of “Stories from The Jungle Book.”
