Berserk macro should be a two-step macro, one that alerts the DK, and one that you can pop for Berserk AFTER you get the buff. My bad.
Imp Mangle is recommended by Murna (EJ - Cat DPS for Dummies), Nightcrowler (Feral By Night) and Astrylian (Rawr). Your situation on your hard mode progression fight might be different, but for me there's way too much movement, dynamic positioning fights, attacking low-health adds while running - or running through to the backside of the boss etc not to take it. I spec for progression fights, which means things go wrong and the Arms Warrior sometimes dies or is attacking something else.

The plug for Flyv's blog should probably have been for Fluid Druid instead, since Flyv no longer plays WoW.

The Berserk macro I gave might be better off if you have one macro to alert the Blood DK, and then another to activate Berserk AFTER you get Hysteria.
Lots of people are all upset that I'd recommend Imp Mangle, but so do:

...and the issue is really that you can't rely on always being behind an add or the boss. Your specific hard mode progression fight/raid comp may vary though, and this isn't really intended for the best of the best out there who are on bleeding-edge content, just a general guide since no-one had made one yet.

2 weeks ago Show -1 + -To Icehowl charge? Nope, you have more then enough time to run on normal and it's obvious they were doing heroic, and by that time you should know how to be ready for the charge and give yourself enough time.

2 weeks ago 0 + -I should also have mentioned the Massacre enchant, in very specific situations it can be roughly as good as Berserking/Mongoose depending on your raid comp and gear. Hopefully people who don't read comments like this will still use Toskk or Rawr and realize I was wrong to dismiss it.
And about the speed/amount of information - it's not meant to be digested in one sitting.
