I just got back from a Buyers Consultation and realized that this process can be a bit confusing for you. I am going to be posting a video series about what you, the Buyer, can expect when you go to a Buyers Consultation with me, your Realtor. Also, you will find out some of the basic reasons for what I ask you to bring with you (fica scores, proof of funds, pre-approval vs pre-qualification letter). If you don't have those, I will tell you how to get them. Last this video will also cover the BRE (Buyer Exclusive Doc) that I will ask you to sign.
