AVON, Ohio (June, 2009) – Even though the Mardi Gras party in New Orleans was over, the Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival kept the fun going with a Mardi Gras theme to celebrate the sixth year of this annual event. The festival was held over Father’s Day Weekend, June 19-21, at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Avon, Ohio.
The three-day celebration featured everything duct tape and welcomed duct tape fanatics of all ages to enjoy America’s favorite fix-all. Hosted in Avon, Ohio – “Duct Tape Capital” of the world and home of Duck Tape® brand duct tape.
