The movie uses clips of various TV news outlets, some public domain artwork, and a picture of a snake with obama's head on it which I created myself; as well as "Trust in Me" from Disney's "The Junglebook" and the fifth movement of the great "Symphonie Fantastique" by Hector Berlioz.
Since this is a political satire, all use of copyrighted material is permissible under the Fair Use doctrine.
