Update: Alright, with the new GTA4 patch you get so much better performance that FRAPS might be an alright alternative, but still I'll keep this video up as a direct comparison to the FRAPSed one.
Showing some g the difference between tv card capture GTA4 PC and FRAPS/etc GTA4 PC, image quality versus framerate.
It looks like muddy foggy crap because that's what it looks like on the PC sort of, and the viddler compression sort of muddifies it.
