5 exercises performed for 50 seconds each with 10 seconds of rest. Complete exercises consecutively in a circuit manner for 4 total rounds. This will result in a 20 minute fat loss workout. Shoot for 20-25 reps per exercise before moving up to a higher level. Rest 1 minute and then move on to the finisher.
