Your translation rocks. There are a few words not in common use in the U.S., but that's being pickey.

Shoyu, what means 'pickey'? I can't find this word in my dictionary.

I think the important thing is that you are able to convey your original meaning with your translation. Some languages do not translate into English as well as Dutch. For example, Korean to English is hard because I think the thought processes used by native speakers are different.

Pickey means overly selective. A person could be called a pickey eater because he only eats certain food.

English is not my first language either. I found this english translation tool that has been useful for me. I installed it in my blog.
