The Capital Classics Theatre Company opened its Shakespeare festival tonight, July 9th, 2009, at Saint Joseph College with The Tempest, a romantic fairytale.
Starring in the production are students from the Hartt school, Conard High School, Uconn, and Housatonic Community College - just to name a few.
The production will take place rain or shine on the lawn or in the school’s Carol Autorino Center. Audiences are welcome to bring picnics and blankets and enjoy the show. For anyone who loves theatre but has been challenged by Shakespeare, this is the perfect show for you.
