The other chick is saying her door was open the whole time and I ran into her door, but the damage was only on the passenger side door, not on the front of my car. And, even if her lies were true, you shouldn't have your door wide open in the street anyway! Arg!

1 year ago 0 + -I with you 100%!!! By law if her door was open already you are obligated to avoid her door. It will turn into your word against hers...so the damage to the vehicles will be looked at. Damage done to your vehicle while you were driving by will be different than damage done if the door was already open. Unfortunatly this can turn out to be long and drawn out with insurance companies etc. I wish people would just own up to a mistake and keep thngs simple.
