this guide will show how to generate point of interests (e.g. restaurants,gas stations,etc.)through GMDL application and using the generated poi file on your psp slim compatible mapthis application. basically,this guide is in conjunction with my two other guides also about mapthis and gmdl,viz. - www.viddler.com/explore/kr2008/videos/12/ and www.viddler.com/explore/kr2008/videos/13/ . you can use this mapthis/gmdl either as stand alone to locate places,poi's,create routes etc. or with gps receiver to guide you when you're actually traveling on the road.

how to make destination route to use with psp slim's mapthis

this is how to use mapthis application on your psp slim with destination route already preset by originally setting it from your gmdl program and transferring the file to your psp.you can find the destination route by clicking the psp's 'start' button and going to your mapthis's poi feature.

MapThis v.0.520 - www.exophase.com/psp/mapthis-0520-2625.htm GMDL (global map data tool) v. 0.5.05b - www.in7ane.com/psp/gmdl.html a gps cable if you're not using sony's psp-290 gps can be sourced at www.moby.cn *use the maps on a personal basis,nothing more.guide works with my psp but no guarantees and make sure to have the latest version.
