Anthony "The Messenger" Thompson was one of the greatest amateur boxers in the history of Philadelphia, plain and simple. He turned pro at Jr. Middleweight in 2002 and since then his career has seen a bit of controversy, in particular two losses that many feel should have gone the other way.
Though still considered a viable threat, inactivity has been the case of late but that is all about to change according the Anthony and his brother TY who both recently took the time to talk about where Anthony's career stands, signing with TKO promotions and tells the TV network execs why they should put on the Messenger.
