Chillin' @ Miami beach, Angola, Africa oct.08

Before we leave back to Paris, we went to dinner at club Miami beach in Luanda, Angola. And to my surprise, the live band played one of my tunes "Question my heart" Oh that was so cool... I'm used to see live groups perform other people's tracks, but it was really the first time I see someone sing my song... Fantastic and such a great tribute... Was very happy. Bless... --- Dernier jour en Angola, à Luanda, on est allé dinner au club Miami Beach et à ma grande surprise, le groupe live à joué et chanté un de mes titres "Question my heart"... C'etait trop cool... Je suis habitué à voir des groupes live jouer des titres d'autres artistes, mais j'avais jamais vu quelqu'un chanter et jouer ma chanson dans son repertoire... Je trouve que c'est un magnifique tribut, ca fait kiffer... So cool. Bless...

Composing 'Nobody Else' in Brazil

Ever since I listened to the instrument called cavaquinho in my favorite brazilian songs, I knew that the day I would be in Brazil, I would mix zouk & cavaquinho and there it is... Adriano came with his instrument, and he just made my day with his sounds. The song sounds even better than I wanted... --- Depuis le jour ou j'ai ecouté l'instrument qu'on appelle le cavaquinho dans mes chansons bresiliennes favorites, je savais que des que j'irais au Bresil, je ferais un mix zouk + cavaquinho et voila... Adriano est donc venu avec son instrument, et il m'a trop fait kiffé avec ses sons. Ca sonne encore mieux que j'avais pensé...

VideoShoot: Kaysha 'Something going on' (part #01)

Making the video for "Something going on" (Part #01). I'm really getting into shooting videos. After "I like it" for Abege, I'm still learning and learning how to get well surrounded to shoot nice simple videos. Great help from Brazilian director Taquinho... I totally improvised the making of this video because the rain outside killed all our plans, so I had the idea of this snooker room with Jamie Aroxa and the Cooper Dancas rockin' the brazilian zouk moves... Sweet... --- VideoShoot de "Something going on" (Part #01). Je commence vraiment à me mettre dans la realisation de clips. Apres "I like it" de Abege, voici "Something going on". Bon je suis toujours en train d'apprendre comment bien s'entourer, d'ailleurs super boulot du real bresilien Taquinho pour le coup de main... J'ai du totalement improviser pour ce clip parce que la pluie à niqué toutes idées, et puis j'ai trouvé cette salle de billard qui m'a donné l'idée de faire danser Jamie Aroxa et les Coopers Dancas facon zouk à la bresilienne... Doux...
