About This Video
Michael Nuwer noticed a large pile of soil in the yard of one of our Faubourg St. John neighbors. Michael approached Grant & Mary Liz Lilon who graciously agreed to donate the soil to the median replanting project on Esplanade Avenue. Michael Nuwer spoke with Jed Fisher of Katfish Home Improvement whowas working in the area and Katfish Home Improvement agreed to transfer the soil for the planting project at no charge. Michael Nuwer is once again to be commended for his resourcefulness, attention to detail, and organizationalskills. Michael makes things happen! Thanks also to Jed Fisher, Grant and Mary Liz (Keevers) Lilon, Julie Van Brunt, Jorge Hill, Walter and Bonnie Lee,Robert Thompson, and Charlie London who helped make this project a success.
