You should try to get over that. I used to be the same way, but now I'm fine. Eating more in the day time is better than starting out small and ending big at night.

Could you buy fruit ahead of time and then bring it with you to work?

I cooouuulld, but then I would have to lug fruit with me to work. This wouldn't be a big deal, but I walk to work everyday and it's a major hassle to carry produce 2 miles everyday.
