Looks like she just realized she's having a boy and not a girl. "Return pink baby stuff" and a 9:20 meeting about circumcisions. Still not sure how eating fits in (asking the doctor about eating habits?), or why she would want to eat anywhere near a circumcision.

But nevermind, forget everything I just said. I liked this situation better when it was about a Circumcision McMuffin.
