1 year ago 0 + -Managers just follow propcedures. The most Dutch companys have just to much of them. Often it seems that the CEO s hire a bunch managers because they want to make themself feel more important.

Hey there Jason, Lead by example. Managers must have some leadership qualities and those may not be equal. A Leader sets the tone and commands followers. By your tone, it sounds like you have intent of leadership. To be a leader, one must have followers. Until they follow, then you are a manger of your domain. You cannot be a leader if you work for someone else. Start a business, Lead an organization, become CEO of your career. A leader can learn from other leaders. I think taking initiative and raising the issue, even in video format has Leader quality!!! Keep it up.
