Oops, contrary to what I said in the video, this is MeToday for July 16th, not 17th... though it was recorded technically on the 17th. It was recorded in one take with Viddlers built-in app, so i find the quality a little sub-par, but it'll do for now.

I'll be sure to get some shots of the completed cheesecake and put them on my site. Also and more importantly... the audio is off. The latest version of Quicktime seems screwy while recording. Feel free to do other things and maybe just listen. :)
