Dude. That's AWESOME. I wants me some scottish dips now.

Thanks lisa! Scottish dips are easy peasy!

Chunk an onion, cook until transparent in a sauce pan, add a box/2 cans of organic, low sodium beef broth, and let that come to a slow simmer. While that's cooking slice up some low fat fully cooked roast beef and toast whole wheat sourdough buns.

Once the broth comes to a simmer add the meat, and bring it all to a boil.

Take the buns out when they are toasted to your preference.

Strain the meat and onions from the broth, scoop about a cup onto each bun. Pour some broth into a small dipping dish and serve with a small green salad!

Yum Yum!

There is something moving in the window behind you!
