This video was of one of the 1000SqFt ground level 2 bedroom 950K units at millennium water. As you can see the unit has been staged, ready for the athletes of 2010 games.
- The floor has carpet squares directly over concrete. Hardwood will be laid once the athletes leave
- The big wood boxes at the end are the kitchen. There is a particle board box over the kitchen island and the back wall unit has also been boarded up. Once the athletes leave, these coverings will come off & the kitchens will be re-finished.
- After the athletes leave there will be a deficiency inspection then on the unit by a member of vanoc, the developer & the country of origin of the athletes in the unit. Once this deficiency walk through is completed the 6 month window to re-finish the units for private possession will commence.
