I'm considering most of the problems of the health care system related to others who do not have health insurance (or in the case of many people, those who have insurance, but it's basically worthless). Health care should be an inalienable right, and the privatization of insurance has placed insurance companies in the position of determining treatment, when that decision should be made by the doctor and the patient. I'm fortunate to have the means to afford good insurance and be able to pay what insurance does not cover, but that does not absolve me from the moral obligation to speak out on behalf of those less fortunate.
