Thanks, Min. I really enjoyed your interview with Carly. One particular issue she mentioned is the need for good communication skills in a leader, which was related to her comment that every leader should try being in sales. The need to communicate effectively in a way your audience wants to hear, according to what's important to them, is a basic principle of public speaking, whether your audience is 100 people or just one. It's great to hear something you believe in so strongly from someone you so greatly admire. Thanks again! Allison
