djsteen (2:08)
9 months ago 0 + -Colin, you can get adapter cards to put an SD card in a CF card on Amazon.
Here's a review of one. The review states the read/write speeds are only slightly affected. This might be a giddy investment if you want the Eye-Fi Explore Card.

8 months ago 0 + -The other one is called the Eye-Fi Home - It only wirelessly transfers the photos from the camera to you computer; not to the internet. Once they're on your computer, then you can transfer them to the internet.

8 months ago 0 + -Ohhhhhhhhh dang! I thought it used GPS. I guess I automatically associated geotagging with GPS. Silly me!
djsteen (8:56)
8 months ago 0 + -What if you're near a locked Wi-Fi connection? Will it somehow hijack the connection info and still geotag the photos?
icorey (8:56)
8 months ago 0 + -It just uses the information from the location of the access point. It wont actually log onto the router.

8 months ago 0 + -2 Megabits up is GOOD to me! in Australia our connection is about 500kbps up!
In Canada it's about the same.
