Ian Watt video blogs about how he included the domain &lt;a href="http://www.electricavenue.ca/"&gt;http://www.electricavenue.ca/&lt;/a&gt; in his description of a listing in one of his MLS listings so all the interested parties could find all the strata documents which were posted by the Electric Avenue strata council. Unfortunately the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver says no domains are to be included on the MLS listings - no transparency - which is completely opposite of how the modern world is going and what the real estate consumers expect.
