Whilst making Shoot The Summer I've been thinking a lot about the capabilities of the mobile in film making and story telling. I Twittered my thoughts at the Cambridge Folk Festival then converted it to audio using my Mac's text to audio recognition software. I then dropped it over clips filmed on my mobile phone. The results are quite interesting.

Augmented Reality - Radio 1's Band in your Hand

I came up with the idea for Band In Your Hand having watched demos of AR at Picnic last year. 500,000 people applied for free tickets to Radio 1's big weekend. Those who didn't get tickets (485,000) got an email taking htem to a secret link where they could experience Band In Your Hand. Here is a video of Scott Mills demoing Band In Your Hand to Chappers on his Radio 1 show
