Irvine Valley College (a Southern California establishment that I attended for 5 years) actually has several classes and devoted to web design and Adobe's top-notch products. The funny thing is that their budget is usually restrained in comparison to the other, more classy college I co-attended with a higher budget: Saddleback, which has almost no web/Adobe classes whatsoever.
