This is a 6 Min horror short created for a 44 hour horror movie making contest in Emmaus, PA. The contest was to create a short horror film with the theme "Haunted History." The following lines were given at the start of the contest and were to be included in the film. See if you can pick them out! "I'm not selling you my water!" "I smell faschnaghts burning" "Fear comes upon me. O much I fear some ill, unlucky thing." "Emmaus...Emmaus who?" "Banned in Emmaus" The filmmakers received a call from an Emmaus? Arts Commission representative the day of the judging, asking that the movie be edited, due to its repulsive puking scene and gratuitous taunts directed toward the mentally handicapped. After the Filmmakers refused to edit the movie it was removed from the judging and the entry was disqualified. After some argument from the filmmakers the arts commission decided to show the movie in the festival after all. Although it received no awards; it relished in the reception of the best authentic horror movie reaction from the theater audience. The audible sound of disgust during the puking scene warmed the heart of the filmmakers and restored their faith in the arts. (Notably not the Emmaus Arts Commission)
