1/2 Tbsp (1 1/2 tsp) cumin
1/2 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
14 oz chopped tomato
4 oz tomato paste
1 Tbsp Tamari
6 cups water
2 green bell peppers chopped
2 carrots sliced
1 large & 1 small can of beans (your choice in type)
salt & pepper to taste
