About This Video
The Peek made its debut in September as an e-mail only device -- a stark contrast to gadgets like the iPhone and BlackBerry, which load on the features. But as of Thursday the Peek is doubling its capabilities. The Peek is designed to only give consumers e-mail access on the go. It looks like a smartphone but only sends and receives e-mail and now text messages. USA Today personal tech columnist Ed Baig says the Peek is a good choice for those people who don't need a device with a lot of bells and whistles. Peek is currently available for $80 with a monthly fee of $20.
