9 months ago 0 + -I find that I can listen to music while I'm writing code, as long as the lyrics aren't particularly interesting. But only when I basically know what I'm going to do. I need silence for planning-type tasks.

9 months ago 0 + -I normally don't do music while writing because I can't multitask and it distracts, but maybe instrumental only would be better for me. :) Btw, I'm a musician too - jazz trombonist, music minor in college. :)

9 months ago 0 + -Saw them in concert (last October actually) over here in the UK. They were absolutely BRILLIANT and performed virtually ever song off both albums! I have the "PLAY PIANO WITH" sheet music and am slowly learning how to play the songs...
