Milroy Vandever, an allegedly drunken driver, blazed through a stop sign near Exit 63 off Interstate 40. Vivian Williams, a three year veteran of the Santa Fe company was doing work on the overpass bridge where she was killed around 1:30 p.m. in an apparent hit-and-run.
