Today, Evans and Dixon is proud to announce its merger with Amelung, Willenbrock, Wulff and Pankowski, a law firm with over 25 years of experience in specialized defense litigation and insurance law, including the areas of premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, personal injury, and employment and Workers Compensation law.

With this merger, Evans and Dixon will now have 75 attorneys, and an expanded Civil defense practice in Springfield, Missouri. The combined firm offers a broad base of defense coverage for its corporate and insurance clients, with services that cover the entire state of Missouri, Southwestern Illinois, Kansas and Arkansas.

James Godfrey, managing member of Evans and Dixon believes the merger is a great fit that adds significant strength to the firms highly respected Civil Litigation Defense group -- while also growing its products liability and premises liability practice areas. The merger also brings to Evans and Dixon two new practice areas - medical malpractice and legal collections.
