A Quick Review of the Numis Network Compensation Plan
Multilevel marketing programs come in a lot of different forms. For people not used to looking at MLM compensation plans they can be more than a little confusing. I would classify the Numis Network compensation plan a hybrid as it has both binary and direct/unilateral compensation plan elements.
The main bulk of the Numis Network compensation plan is a fairly traditional binary system. With binary compensation plans you receive commissions based on the performance of the weakest leg in your organization. Legs are made up by the distribution of your downline recruits. Binary systems encourage cooperation instead of competition between distributors which is always a plus.
The most common complaint people have with a binary system is that they do not fairly reward recruitment. It can be quite frustrating to see your larger legs performance and know that you will not receive any earnings for their volume. There is a direct recruitment system in the Numis Network compensation plan which gives you a percentage of any bonuses your recruits earn through the binary system.
This direct system allows top recruiters to earn on their recruits even if they are not in the binary leg that they receive commissions for. This encourages even top distributors to continue recruitment efforts and to build even larger and more profitable networks.
Compared to many MLM programs the Numis Network compensation plan does not have many levels. I have seen some plans with 10 or 15 or even more levels but the Numis plan has 5. While this makes it easier to maximize potential commissions by getting the highest "level" sooner I did notice that there is no "executive pool" compensation which I have found in several other MLM programs.
