About This Video
Today, I got the chance to experience being supervisor of the group. My boss, who's last day is next Tuesday, had a scheduled holiday this week. It was pretty much what I expected: a long and stressful day. We'll see how the week progresses.
I also started my "diet" today. I've decided to try and eat healthier and more frequently during the day. I've heard 6 small meals during the day is better for you since it keeps your energy up during the day and speeds up your metabolism.
I have to get use to this since in the past I only ate too large meals a day (lunch/dinner) and a small afternoon snack. I also need to find time to exercise more frequently. I used to be very active but work sort've took over my life. =(
