If you are NOT storing the customer's details into your own local database (ie if you are passing the order direct to 2u) then this order form module will NOT work on your site. For more on locally databasing go to http://www.instantautopilot.com/OwnTheCustomer

You can add a section. This is like a 'group'. You can then add questions to within that section.

Think about how you want to ASK the question - and how you want them to ANSWER the question: Tickbox? Radio either/or button? Open textbox? Drop down menu?
