Capitoline hill, overlooking the Roman Forum, was the center of Roman Life and still today remains the seat of the local Municipal Government.
The seat of the US Government "Capitol" has also taken its name from Capitoline Hill.
Just to the left of the Piazza is the Vittorio Emanuele Monument and behind the square is the Roman Forum.
My videos are an attempt at helping you get a feel for Roman life and what it may be like strolling through Rome Italy .
