They should have never been approved for those loans. when a bank tells you yeah you can afford it u think `u can. when your a first time buyer you have no clue ow it all works. and they should have never given them that much money. Like a credit card company they give u a small limit and you earn your increase. these banks and there greed are to blame.

the prob is the CEO geting million dollar bonus while the bottom level worker gets laid off. thats where the unfair comes in. MOST top tear people get there because it's not what y know it's who ya know. I'm 50/50 on the tax but if u make more u should pay more period because you can afford to.
