1 year ago 0 + -Well, WW and JC aren't really geared toward you for the most part. It's peer support for those who need it and aren't already skinny with great metabolism. ;) I don't use either, but I know people who've been helped a lot.

1 year ago 0 + -'normal' meaning you balance out your meals and every now and then you could go totally unhealthy as long as you stay in shape [mind, body & soul] and make sure you eat healthy stuff too.. like fish is very good for you and so is steak, chicken [grilled NOT fried], veggies and fruits, ect..
