I'm totally not motivated... it's my one major weakness. :\

Well, WW and JC aren't really geared toward you for the most part. It's peer support for those who need it and aren't already skinny with great metabolism. ;) I don't use either, but I know people who've been helped a lot.

you're lucky that you don't need to work out often.

volleyball is fun but is so demanding on the body. I've had every injury you could think of since I started playing volleyball.

if i ever did that my life woudl be over.... no i do REAL PUSHUPS EVERYDAY!!!

those pushups don't do ANYTHINF except make u in the habit of sticking your butt ip in the air

I can only do 7 push ups in a row

I feel like i need to get some practice in now :(

tru. soda makes you dehydrated and its terrible for your body; your teeth, your skin, your stomach, ect.

'normal' meaning you balance out your meals and every now and then you could go totally unhealthy as long as you stay in shape [mind, body & soul] and make sure you eat healthy stuff too.. like fish is very good for you and so is steak, chicken [grilled NOT fried], veggies and fruits, ect..

I think im going to go do a few push ups now :)
