This morning I made brownies before I had to go to work (video will be up in a day or two).
When I got to the Mall I tried these mini pancakes from a new Dutch food place. Good stuff!
I was a little sad I wasn't allowed to play on the jumping castles and other fun equipment in the food court. (Next time :) )
When I got home from work I made Chilli Coconut Chicken for dinner. Then I watched Seinfeld DVDs, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Ren & Stimpy (wow, I forgot how FUNNY that show is!!)
