Duo Crumbed Chicken
You need:
- As many chicken breasts as you'd like to chomp
- Eggs (~1 per 2 chicken breasts)
- Black pepper seasoned flour
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Crumbed corn flakes
- Cracked Pink Himalayan Salt
- Cracked peppercorn
- 1 Lime per mountain of chicken
Prepare:
- Get three large bowls; put eggs in first bowl (whisk with fork), flour in second bowl (add as needed), mix seasoned bread crumbs and corn flake crumbs in third bowl.
- Cut chicken breasts in to smaller pieces.
- Soak chicken breasts in egg for ~2 minutes per piece.
- Use tongs to move chicken to flour bowl (allow excess egg yolk to drip off before placing in flour).
- Cover chicken completely in flour.
- Move chicken to crumb mix (cover chicken completely - push crumbs in to chicken with the flat side of a spoon/fork).
- Place chicken on an oiled, very low heat non-stick fry pan.
- Allow chicken to slow-cook until there are no pink bits (to be sure: cut through *your* piece of chicken, not a guest's piece).
- In the last few minutes of cooking add cracked peppercorns and pink Himalayan salt to both sides of the chicken.
- Place chicken on serving dish.
- Cut a lime in half, squeeze one half on served chicken, and cut the other half in to slices and place as garnish. Sexy!
- Begin to wash fry pan.
Stir Fry Vegetables
You need:
- Capsicums
- Mushrooms
- Soy Sauce
- Chili flakes
(You may add other vegetables if you like.)
Prepare:
- Cut vegetables in to edible pieces.
- Put vegetable oil/olive oil (or other desired oil) in wok and set to medium heat.
- Add capsicum first, then add mushrooms a few minutes later. (If cooking with potatoes or onion, cook them for 15 minutes before adding capsicum/mushrooms.)
- Drizzle soy
